It's been a tough old season for Derby County who look set to just miss out on a place in the top-six come the end of the season whilst for Premier League chasing Reading, the impossible dream is still in the cards.

Despite being thrashed 7-1 by Norwich last weekend, the Royals very much remain on course for a place in the top-six when the end of the season rolls around and once again, they've had £1.28m-rated Garath McCleary to thank for some superb performances this season.

Whilst for Derby County, £5.95m-rated Tom Ince has shone at times and despite going through some pretty patchy spells of form, the winger has still dispatched an impressive 14 goals this campaign.

Both widemen are leading figures for their respective sides and there's little doubt both Ince and McCleary will have a big impact on the play-off places come the end of the season but whose been better?

This is where we place the decision making over to you.
