With the race for promotion and fight for Championship survival still very alive this season, Swansea City are a team that look like they will have a very quiet end to the campaign compared to others.

The Swans have flirted with the promotion spots for the vast majority of this campaign, but after a run of just one win from their last five league games, it now seems unlikely for Graham Potter's men to ignite a push for the top six.

Very few will have complaints about how this season has panned out - out of the three relegated teams from the Premier League, Swansea spent the least by a long way in the summer compared to West Brom and Stoke.

Nevertheless, the Welsh club have made good strides under Potter, with the former Osterssunds manager showing that he can help Swansea progress as a club without enormous financial backing.

The Swans have several talented players on their books - Oli McBurnie has been superb in front of goal this term, whilst Daniel James continues to attract interest from high-flying Leeds United after a magnificent campaign thus far.

Perhaps the most underrated player at the Liberty Stadium this season has been midfielder Bersant Celina, however, and with several key players likely to be linked with a higher move away from the club in the summer, we take a look at whether Celina's stats from this campaign justify a potential step-up to the Premier League...

Celina has made 33 appearances in the Championship this season, returning five league goals and producing four assist for Graham Potter's men, with an extra three goals coming in the FA Cup.

Those strikes have come from an average of 2.4 shots per game, with the dangerous playmaker pulling off an average of 1.8 key passes per game too.

The Kosovo international is the Swans' creative cog, accruing a pass success rate of 84.9% from 44.8 passes per game, and is certainly up there with the best midfielders in the division.

After impressing on loan with Ipswich Town in the Championship this term, scoring eight goals and producing a hatful of assists for the Tractor Boys, he is clearly a very able player at this level.

When you compare his statistics in terms of goal contributions to other players in the division, he isn't quite up to scratch.

Said Benrahma is a perfect example - he is playing a for a mid-table team in Brentford, who are in a similar position to Swansea, yet has still managed to contribute to much more goals, scoring 10 goals and producing 11 assists.

He has since been linked with moves to the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea, after contributing to so many goals this term. Celina will be looking to keep up his impressive form this term, with his eyes surely focused on a move to the top-flight.
