4 top-flight outcasts who Wolves need to be keeping tabs on ahead of January

Published

on

Wolves face a stern test ahead in the second-half of the Championship season as they currently sit just two points above the bottom three, although standing ten points behind the play-off spots leaves the door ajar for a charge for promotion.

To achieve a major turnaround in the club’s form, Wolves need big names in January and eyeing moves for top-flight outcasts would be ideal, as proven players would significantly bolster the ability within Paul Lambert’s squad.

Things will still be difficult though as Wolves have the rest of the Championship to contend with, although the promise of regular football at Molineux could prove to be the ultimate bargain chip for Lambert and the club could reap the rewards.

Wolves should definitely go down the route of securing players from the top-flight and these FOUR potential recruits in January should be watched closely, as they’re currently outcasts in the Premier League.
