Coventry City are set for a major revamp this summer under Mark Robins and only seven of their sixteen out of contract players have been offered new deals, confirms the club’s official website.

With the club heading to League Two next season, they have offered contract extensions to seven players.

Defenders Dion Kelly-Evans, Devon Kelly-Evans, Chris Stokes and Ryan Haynes have been offered new deals.

Star midfielder Gael Bigirimana is also offered a new contract as well as fellow Wembley heroes Lee Burge (goalkeeper) and George Thomas (striker).

Nine players, on the other hand, will be let go when their contracts expire at the end of the season.

Midfielders Andy Rose and Vladimir Gadzhev, striker Marcus Tudgay and defensive duo Nathan Clarke and Kevin Foley are five names on the released list.

As well as this, attacking midfielder Ruben Lameiras will be let go and three academy members (Kyle Spence, Jack Finch and Jacob Whitmore) are also to be released.

Coventry fans – what do you make of this? Would you have kept any of these players? Will the likes of Bigi and Thomas sign new deals? Let us know below…
