Bristol City recorded their first win in six games on Saturday with a thumping 4-0 success over Sheffield Wednesday.

The Robins have endured a real difficult spell in 2018 and even dropped out of the top six last week after recent results.

However, they looked back to their free-flowing best against the Owls, playing some great football, particularly in the first-half where they led 3-0.

The victory was inspired by forward Bobby Reid, who scored a hat-trick that made him the joint-top scorer in the Championship in the process.

As our graph shows, it was an outstanding afternoon for the 25-year old who once again benefitted from having a big, physical presence alongside him in Famara Diedhiou.

Reid scored from three of his four attempts whilst also contributing to the performance in a variety of other ways.

His 32 passes show he was always available for the ball and the 81.3% pass success shows how he was relatively good in possession.

As well as that, he made two dribbles which shows another part of his game, as he is perfectly capable of running at defenders and causing them problems in that sense.

Overall, it was a greats afternoon for Reid, and Lee Johnson will need him to maintain these high standards if they are to make the top six this season.
