Queens Park Rangers are struggling in the Championship, and even after a change in manager they are still under performing in the league, and have yet to win under new boss Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink.

QPR are 15th in the table and are looking at bringing in some fresh talent to try and revive their season, which up to now has been anything but a good one - they seemingly have too many players just going through the motions and picking up their pay packet,

Maybe they should to look to bring in some fresh young players without such egos and attitudes.

The Premier League sides have large squads and in plenty of them there is some exciting young talent waiting for a chance to shine, Jimmy could do a lot worse than trying to recruit some of these players for his under achieving QPR team.

Here are FOUR Premier League future stars QPR should look to sign this month......

Patrick Bamford

Patrick Bamford

Bamford recently returned from an unsuccessful loan spell at Crystal Palace, and might of been hoping to impress interim Chelsea boss Gus Hiddink, but that does not seem to be the case.

The striker scored an excellent goal for Chelsea's under-21 side recently, and it is clear he has pedigree in the second tier.

Last season he was immense in the Championship for Middlesbrough, with his flair and scoring ability ultimately helping Boro reach the Sky Bet Championship play-off final.

Brad Smith

Brad Smith, 21, has made four appearances for Liverpool, his last outing was in the FA Cup against League Two side Exeter City.

He scored a goal and was one of the few who played that game at Exeter, who can hold his head up high.

Smith is an academy graduate and is an attacking full-back who clearly has an eye for goal, QPR have had problems defensively and Smith could use the experience to break into the Liverpool first-team on a more regular basis.

If QPR could sign Smith on loan, it would undoubtedly bolster their backline and help shore up what has been a relatively leaky defence.

Harrison Reed

Harrison Reed000

Reed plays for Southampton and is a combative midfielder, and he would excel in the Sky Bet Championship with a club like Queens Park Rangers.

Reed is an U20 England international, and his tenacious attitude makes him a force to reckoned with in the Saints' youth side.

Making only three appearances so far Southampton this term, Reed needs to start getting game time and why not for half a season drop to the Championship, and get even more recognition.

The R's need an added element of bite and grit in the heart of their midfield, and Reed would be perfect.

Sam Byrne

Everton signed Byrne from Carlisle back in May 2014 and has yet to make an outing for the senior side, and will be looking to gain some first team football.

The Republic of Ireland forward would be a good addition for the Championship side, with his clever movement and great feet.

With players like Lukaku and Kone, a first team chance is a long way off, so a loan or a possible permanent transfer would suit.

Byrne could be a perfect partner for new signing Conor Washington.

QPR fans have your say.........Would you like to see these players at Loftus Road? Where will you finish this season? Who would you like to sign in January? Let us know below!
