As Derby continue to grab headlines both on and off the pitch, it appears manager Paul Clement is determined not to rest on his laurels.

He has recently added Nick Blackman and Abdoul Camara to the ranks, suggesting to the rest of the league that the Rams mean business when it comes to promotion this time round.

With Middlesbrough and Burnley in and around them also looking to strengthen, Rams fans will be delighted to see Clement acting swiftly in the market.

Derby already possess brilliant attacking options in Tom Ince, Chris Martin, Nick Blackman.

They also have a solid midfield and a pretty impressive defence too, so Clement will have to think carefully where he wants to strengthen.

But, there are always players available who would bring something you don't already have.

In this article, I detail FOUR Premier League starlets who Derby could look to bring in.........

Jack Grealish

grealish

The young midfielder has recently fell out of favour at Villa Park as Remi Garde and his squad continue to struggle in the Premier League.

It appears Garde is not impressed with some of Grealish's off field antics, but there is no doubt the lad has talent in abundance and he could provide Derby County with a burst of quality which may be currently missing.

Grealish possesses excellent balance on the ball with a keen eye for the killer pass and creating chances from nothing.

He would be an excellent aquisition at Pride Park.

Reece Oxford

oxfordddd

The West Ham midfielder, who can also operate as centre back, shot to stardom on the opening day of the season this year.

He played 80 minutes as West Ham beat Arsenal 2-0 at The Emirates, and earned rave reviews for his mature performance.

Still really young in football terms, Oxford possesses qualities across all aspects of what makes a good midfield player, and would benefit from regular football.

Paul Clement may be keen on adding more Premier League quality to his squad, and Oxford certainly has the ability to contribute to the Derby promotion push.

Rolando Aarons

aarons

The Newcastle winger impressed in pre-season after featuring in a run of games towards the end of last season.

Injury and other circumstances have meant Aarons has been restricted to only three appearances all season.

Paul Clement may see Aarons as someone who can add even more pace and trickery to his squad as he seeks that all important promotion.

Aarons has pace in abundance, and offers a goal threat from wide areas.

He can beat his man with ease and create chances from seemingly nothing, a vital attribute in the many tight games we see throughout The Championship.

Serge Gnabry

Another player of immense quality and who is really highly rated by officials at Arsenal, Gnabry has recently cut short a spell at West Brom due to lack of game time.

This could be the ideal time to swoop for Gnabry, and the offer of regular football in an already winning team may be something that can tempt the pacey winger.

Gnabry would represent a huge coup for the Rams if he signed, perhaps adding that final bit of quality to get them over the line and into the Premier League.
