Jos Luhukay has changed a number of things since his arrival at Hillsborough, with the new Sheffield Wednesday manager looking to turn the Owls’ fortune around.
The Dutchman replaced Carlos Carvalhal at Hillsborough earlier in 2018, and currently looks like guiding the Owls to a mid-table finish in the Sky Bet Championship.
Injuries have hindered the Owls this season, but they have still disappointed and aren’t challenging at the top of the table like many expected them to ahead of the season.
Luhukay will have had a good opportunity to assess his squad ahead of the summer, and in some ways, challenging towards the bottom of the division will have taught him more about the personalities he has within his ranks.
Changes will be made at Hillsborough in the summer, as Luhukay looks for the personnel to get Wednesday back up the table.

Nuhiu might’ve been Wednesday's hero at Elland Road on Saturday, and with injuries hindering the Owls this season, the likeable striker has stepped up.
However, it is easy to forget the little impact he has had at Hillsborough, he must be on the way.
In the absence of Gary Hooper and Steven Fletcher, Luhukay needed Rhodes to step up, which he has failed to do.
Wednesday expected more from the 28-year-old and he hasn’t looked good enough.
Butterfield is on-loan with the Owls from Derby County, but has been disappointing this season.
Wednesday supporters will look forward to his departure in the summer.
Jones has done reasonably well in Wednesday’s midfield, but he doesn’t have the quality to take the side to promotion.
Kieran Lee, Sam Hutchinson and Barry Bannan are all better options, and with Joel Pelupessy now at the club, Wednesday’s supporters will be keen to see Jones on his way out.
