QPR boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink will surely want to reduce the average age of his squad in the summer, and the opportunity to offload three ageing, high earners is set to be taken.

Rangers have endured a poor season for their standards, and would have been been looking to at least get a coveted top six spot before the season began.

However for some reason, it just hasn't worked out for the London club, and it seems that the club will go through an overhaul in the summer, with many players coming, and many going.

FLW's Conor McGilligan has identified FOUR QPR players that fans will need to say goodbye to in the summer......

Junior Hoilett

After pulling up with six goals and 0 assists in 22 matches it’s been a very uninspiring season from Hoilett.

The man has obvious talent, but his lacklustre, uninspiring contribution to a team who have missed out on quality in the final third has been a frustration to a lot of R’s fans.

He has the ability with his low centre of gravity to lure the opposition full back in to them blitz him with pace, we have seen this from Hoilett in the past but it seems like his attention is elsewhere and for that reason you would question his commitment to the cause.

Clint Hill

Rangers are again looking to revamp their squad, with several players leaving now their contracts have expired.
Hill was one of those that was on the boss' hitlist to leave Rangers.   Hill has been a true servant for the club but the 37-year-old looks to have come to the end of his time at the club.

Alejandro Faurlin

faurlin44 A fan favourite and another servant to the club will leave this summer. Faurlin has been another one of Hasselbaink's targets to leave the club due to the new philosophy the Dutchman intends to imprint on his new squad. Seven years with Rangers has been ridden with success and failures but his time at Loftus Road is up.

Leroy Fer

Leroy Fer Not a man who the R's really want to get rid of, but unfortunately the Dutchman doesn't want to stay with his fellow counterparts at QPR, as he has told BBC Sport he would like to leave for Swansea in the summer. The 26-year-old is a favourite in West London yet he is keen to establish himself at the top level:

QPR are looking to offload many of their top earners, as they look to cut their costs to cope with another season in the Championship.

Fer admits that a deal is some way off at this current stage, though, as the two clubs need to open discussions.
