Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner wouldn't have thought his season would have started as well as it has.

The Terriers have really surprised some neutrals with the way they've started, and supporters at the John Smiths stadium will have been impressed by what they've seen too.

They managed a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa on Tuesday evening in a game they very much could have won in the Midlands.

They've also beaten Brentford and much-fancied Newcastle United in the league already this season, and have really turned into one of the surprise packages as the campaign has progressed.

But with winning momentum always comes the need to bring in more bodies to sustain the success and with two weeks left in the transfer window, Terries boss David Wagner should be looking for players to bring to the club.

So with that in mind, here's FOUR loanees who'd be perfect for Huddersfield Town.......

Gary Gardner

Gary Gardner is a centre-midfielder for Aston Villa but is a man very much on the fringes on the first-team squad.

He's been used as a substitute to see out games this campaign, but before this has spent time out-on-loan at several football league sides. It might be heading that way again, if he is ever to make a name for himself at Villa Park.

He's a tidy player with a rocket of a shot and could be a great addition to a Huddersfield side that is seriously going places.

Will Keane

23-year-old United striker Will Keane is not going to break into the Manchester United squad under Jose Mourinho.

It's already thought he's been told to look for another club and could be available to buy, if someone stumps up the cash but a loan to Huddersfield looks a more likely bet.

And with the Terriers looking to mount a promotion push of their own, a move for Keane wouldn't be a bad shout at all.

Settle him and once he's found his feet he should provide plenty of goals. He just needs a chance.

Kyle Lafferty

Well and truly on the fringes at Norwich City, Kyle Lafferty should look for a temporary move away from Carrow Road if he wants to continue playing at the top.

He had a pretty fruitless spell with Birmingham City but struggled with injuries in the Midlands.

What he really needs is a club who can give him plenty of game time with plenty of attacking talent around him.

Huddersfield fit the bill in this respect and who knows, this Northern Ireland hero could find his shooting boots yet again.

Darron Gibson

Has struggled for game time at Everton in recent years after a cruciate knee ligament injury whilst playing for Ireland on international duty in the 2013-2014.

Gibson has failed to break back into the Toffees side since and a loan move could reap an increase in fortunes for the former United man. Idrissa Gueye has also joined Everton this summer, pushing Gibson even further down the pecking order.

Would offer real steel to the Terriers midfield and would be a great asset in any promotion push.
