Sheffield Wednesday will be desperate to bounce back to winning ways tonight when they face Nottingham Forest at Hillsborough following their weekend defeat to Aston Villa.

The Owls took the lead in the first-half when George Boyd, sent through down the left, cut the ball back for the returning Gary Hooper to open the scoring from close range.

But the sides went into the break level when John McGinn scored brilliantly, arriving late on the edge of the area to sweep the ball into the back of the net.

It looked for much of the second half like things would end level but two late goals from Albert Adomah and Tammy Abraham gave the visitors all three points.

Before that defeat, it looked like Steve Bruce's side could make a late burst for the play-off places but it now seems as though they will need to win tonight to keep up that charge.

And here is the line-up the Wednesday boss should play...

Despite the weekend defeat, Wednesday still played well so there is not too much need to change things at all.

The back five should remain as it is, with Westwood protected by Iorfa, Lees, Hector and Palmer although one significant change will have to be made in midfield.

Star man Barry Bannan limped off against Villa and is likely to miss tonights clash. He should not be risked and Forestieri could step in to replace his creativity in midfield alongside Boyd, Hutchinson and Reach.

The strike force should remain the same too. Although Fletcher missed a penalty, both he and Hooper seemed to click well together and should be given another shot.
