Nottingham Forest will be looking to finish this season on a high and carry some forward momentum into the summer and 2018/19.

The men from the City Ground have had a whirlwind campaign in many ways and fans might just be relieved that it's winding down now with them safe in the second tier.

Indeed, with Aitor Karanka in charge the hope is now that the club will begin to build something good over the summer months and embark on a play-off charge next season.

We should expect the Reds to be one of the busiest sides in the window, then, and Karanka will surely look to get rid of anyone he has deemed not good enough once the market opens.

There's a few under pressure to impress in the final games of the season, then, and we think these two should be given one final chance to try and save themselves...

Michael Mancienne has fallen out of favour in recent months at Forest and is now under pressure to surely stay with the club.

Tobias Figueiredo is set to stay put for Forest past the end of his loan deal and that looks a good signing so the former Chelsea man is up against it to stay with the Reds.

Certainly, then, if he gets a chance in these final games of the season he'll need to put in some big performances.

Apostolos Vellios already looks set to leave the club in all honesty but until the season is completely over he still has a chance to show what he can do.

Karanka has already given him a few chances in recent weeks, though, and so he may be reluctant as he looks to assess his other options.

Even so, you'd imagine the Greek has had at least one more game lined up for him to try and display his talents.
