Charlton will be delighted with how the opening half of the season is panning out, currently sat in 11th place with 16 games played.

Despite being made pre-season favourites for relegation, the Addicks continue to upset the odds, and they will be looking to ensure the season finishes as strongly as possible in the January transfer window.

However, whilst there are sure to be incomings, there will also surely be those on their way out.

Here then are FOUR players Lee Bowyer could look to ship-out in the January transfer window...

Morgan is currently on loan with Ebsfleet Town in the National League, but it is a loan that will end before the January transfer window opens up.

But Charlton will surely be looking to get the youth product more minutes in the second half of the season so another loan move should be on the cards.

The Addicks are not blessed with depth but it would surely benefit both parties in the long run if he is allowed to leave again.

Harness is progressing nicely in the Charlton under-23s but at 19-years-old it is probably time that he got a taste of first-team experience.

So shipping the shot-stopper out on loan to a League One or Two side would be of huge benefit to the player, who will be given the toughest test of his career so far.

Much like Harness, Mingi is nearing the stage of his career where first-team tests will surely be essential.

But with little chance of breaking into the first-team ahead of the likes of Lockyer, Pearce or Sarr, a loan move for the 19-year-old centre-back should be in the offing.

Whether that is to League One, League Two or possibly lower isn't hugely important. What is important is that he is tested in a pressured environment.

One final member of the under-23's who would benefit from some time away is Abraham Odoh.

Charlton's midfield unit this season has been amongst the best in the division giving the likes of Odoh little chance of first-team game time at the moment.

However, as spell away on loan could shape him into someone capable of making that step-up and with the likes of Josh Cullen and Conor Gallagher only on loan, he may well be needed.
