Bradford City have endured a tough couple of years, with the Bantams now looking begin their rise through the EFL under the stewardship of Stuart McCall.

Last year saw Bradford slip back into the fourth-tier of English football, but, as you’d expect, they were amongst the favourites to bounce back this season.

Yet, things haven’t gone as expected, with Bradford sitting outside the top-seven at this moment in time.

Just four points separate them from the play-off places, so when the EFL season can eventually resume, Bradford will be looking to get in the mix for a League One return.

Nevertheless, when the summer comes, a big few months are facing McCall, who will want to fine tune his squad.

With that in mind, we take a look at FOUR players we can see leaving…

Vaughan headed out to Tranmere on loan back in January, despite 11 goals in 25 appearances during the first-half of the season.

The 31-year-old has been something of a journeyman over his career, and you’d expect that when the summer transfer window comes around, Vaughan will be cutting ties at Valley Parade.

McGee is on loan with Bradford from Portsmouth, but he’s managed only four appearances this season.

That’s simply not enough for the 24-year-old, who needs to be testing himself at League Two level if he’s to have a future in the Football League.

His loan will expire and a return doesn’t look likely.

Riley is a product of the Manchester United youth set-up, but he’s not really made the grade since moving to Bradford in 2018.

A total of eight appearances have been made, with none coming this season.

It’s hard to see a contract extension coming his way.

The 23-year-old is another with not long left to run on his contract at Valley Parade, which could pave the way for his exit.

In total, he’s made only nine appearances this season and not featured since December.

On the face of things, Anderson looks like another that Bradford will be cutting ties with in the summer.
