It's news time again as we bring you the four biggest EFL stories of the day.......

Birmingham City 's Jude Bellingham is at the centre of a transfer battle between Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund, with The Athletic reporting that  the Bundesliga club has agreed a fee with Blues for the talented 16-year-old and a potential salary with the midfielder.

But they also claim United are still trying to convince Bellingham to move to Old Trafford this summer, having already missed out on Erling Haaland to the German club.

Wayne Rooney shouldn't celebrate if he scores against Manchester United tonight, that's the verdict of former Wolverhampton Wanderers and Blackpool midfielder Jamie O'Hara, according to a report by talkSPORT.

Rooney is gearing up to face his old club when the Rams take on the Red Devils in an FA Cup fifth round tie at Pride Park Stadium and ahead of the game, he has confirmed he will celebrate if he scores, “Of course, I’m a Derby County player," he told talkSPORT adding, “I know this game means a lot to the fans, to the players, to the staff here, and of course I’ll celebrate.”

In response to that, O'Hara says he thinks Rooney should refrain from displaying his joy should he find the net.

Sunderland have banned their players from leaving the UK, with manager Phil Parkinson concerned about coronavirus spreading amongst his camp and he does not want to take any risks as his players prepare for a two-week break following their clash with Blackpool on March 14.

Parkinson told the Sunderland Echo : “We’ve told the lads they can’t go abroad. Some of them want to go away but we don’t think it is wise for anyone to go abroad," adding “That’s a decision we’ve made as a club. We’ve all accepted that. Some were planning to go away but we’ve given ourselves every chance of keeping the virus away from Sunderland AFC.”

David Dunn is set to stay at Blackpool and join Neil Critchley’s backroom staff, as reported by the Blackpool Gazette, after the former Premier League midfielder having taken charge of the Tangerines’ for four matches as they searched for a new manager, claiming seven points.

The Seasiders eventually turned to Liverpool Under-23’s boss Neil Critchley as the man to replace Simon Grayson in the dugout at Bloomfield Road.

Dunn, who is 40 years old, has a place in his backroom staff. He joined Blackpool in January as assistant to Grayson having previously managed Oldham Athletic in the past.
