Aberdeen have had a fine season to date, but they could be in for a testing summer transfer window.

Derek McInnes' side sit in 4th-place of the SPL table - a point behind Motherwell in 3rd and a staggering 35 behind leaders Celtic. But when the transfer window next rolls around, Aberdeen could see some of their star names depart.

Here's four players that could leave Aberdeen in the next few months:

The veteran keeper surpassed his 35th birthday earlier this month. He's in his second season with Aberdeen but is set to leave in the summer when his contract is up. The Czech has payed second fiddle to Joe Lewis in-goal throughout the campaign, and could well hang up his boots in the summer.

Arriving from Norwegian side Stabaek in the summer, this was a signing that excited Aberdeen fans. But half-a-season later, and Hernandez has made just two league appearances. Still only 22-years-old, a loan move might be on the cards for the Venezuelan international in the summer.

One man who's been catching the attention of several EFL clubs is McKenna. The 23-year-old has been a rock at the back for Aberdeen over the past three seasons, and has been linked with the likes of Stoke City and QPR throughout this season - a summer move looks well on the cards.

Another name who's been touted with a move south of the border is striker Cosgrove. The 23-year-old has 11 SPL goals this season and he too was tipped with a move last summer, and in January as well, with Stoke seemingly leading the race. If he can maintain his form when the football resumes, then several clubs should come calling.
