Leeds United are looking to make it the perfect Easter weekend this evening, when Paul Heckingbottom’s side travel to London to take on an in-form Fulham.

Fulham are one of the Sky Bet Championship’s form sides at the moment, with Slavisa Jokanovic’s side playing an attractive brand of football, which has helped them into serious promotion contention.

Unlike Leeds, Fulham have picked up a large amount of points in 2018 to help move them into third.

Whilst Fulham plan their promotion push, Leeds are sat in mid-table, but do head to Craven Cottage on the back of a victory, after goals from Caleb Ekuban and Pablo Hernandez secured three points against Bolton Wanderers on Good Friday.

Leeds haven’t won on the road since Boxing Day, with this evening’s clash a difficult one for Heckingbottom’s side.

Here at FLW, we take a look at Heckingbottom’s playing squad and select the starting XI we are expecting to see this evening…

Peacock-Farrell is Leeds’ No. 1 now, with Heckingbottom unlikely to make a change in the goalkeeping department.

Dallas dropped into a right-back role on Friday against Bolton and should continue this evening. Going up against Ryan Sessegnon will be a big ask of the Northern Irishman.

Jansson looked something like his best against Bolton and will continue.

In the continued absence of Liam Cooper, Pennington’s inclusion is straightforward.

Berardi switched back to left-back on Friday, impressing in a role he has become accustomed with.

Vieira was Leeds’ best player against Bolton.

Heckingbottom will need something similar again this evening.

With Adam Forshaw on the sidelines, it is difficult for Heckingbottom, who could be forced to continue with an out of form O’Kane.

Leeds went 4-4-2 against Bolton, but Heckingbottom would be naïve to do the same at Fulham.

£4.5m-rated Phillips should come in to add another body in central midfield.

Alioski looked good against Bolton, particularly going forward.

The Macedonian international keeps his place on the right.

A switch to 4-3-3 means one of Ekuban or Pierre-Michel Lasogga will drop out, and for us, it should be the latter.

Ekuban’s goal on Friday should fill him with confidence.

Hernandez once again showed on Friday how good he is, with a goal and an assist to his name.

A three-man midfield will give him a little bit more attacking freedom.
