Darren Moore is planning for his first transfer window as a manager as he looks to build a West Brom squad that can bounce straight back to the Premier League.

The former Baggies player landed the top job after an impressive run in charge towards the end of last season that saw the team pick up results against Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham among others.

However, Moore will have to contend with a lot of change in the coming months, with Jonny Evans' departure to Leicester the first of many who could leave The Hawthorns.

Therefore, replacements will be needed and here we look at three realistic signings that could make Albion top two contenders...

Evans' departure means a centre-back is a priority and Flint has proven himself as one of the best outside the Premier League.

Whilst they are only getting £3.5m for the Northern Irishman, Albion have parachute payments that mean Flint should be affordable.

He is big, strong and powerful in both boxes and an ideal player for Moore's men.

In truth, new faces could come in all over the team at West Brom and Norwood would be a smart addition in midfield.

Again, he is proven in the Championship and combines his ability on the ball with an aggressive approach.

He should be available from Brighton who had loaned him to Fulham last season.

Scoring goals was a major problem for the Baggies last season and with Salomon Rondon sure to depart and maybe even Jay Rodriguez, a new striker is a must.

Marriott is the most in-demand EFL striker around after an astonishing 27-goal season with Peterborough.

He is now ready for the Championship and has the movement and finishing ability to add a lot to West Brom.
