Leeds United look set for a busy summer ahead as manager Paul Heckingbottom plans for a much improved season next time out.

The Whites were expected to challenge for a playoff spot following a huge summer overhaul of players last year and a new manager in Thomas Christiansen, however, the Dane would only last 6 months of the season, and Heckingbottom has since been tasked with turning things around at the club.

Top of his agenda this summer will be clearing out some of the dead wood in the squad and bringing in players he knows will improve the squad and be up to the challenge of getting a club like Leeds back into the top flight.

To achieve his objectives, the Leeds gaffer will need players who possess Premier League quality, and one man we think who could be a good signing for the club is Crystal Palace winger Bakary Sako.

Valued at £4.5m by Transfermarkt, the former Wolves man has never been a regular for the Eagles since his move to London, and with the likes of Zaha and Townsend ahead of him, he could well look to move on this summer.

Blessed with searing pace and immense power, Sako is well suited to the Championship and add would add real quality to the Leeds squad, who are desperate for players who can impact the game at the top end of the pitch.

Sako would be a stunning capture for the Whites if they could complete a deal.

Leeds fans, what do you think? Good signing? Let us know!
