West Bromwich Albion seem to be finding their feet back in the Sky Bet Championship, with Darren Moore’s side looking to continue a fine run against Middlesbrough this weekend.

After picking up just a single point from their opening two fixtures of the season, the Baggies are beginning to look like the side we expected in the Championship, with back-to-back victories now under their belt.

Moore’s side have scored 11 goals in their last two outings, with last Saturday’s 7-1 hammering of Queens Park Rangers showcasing the talent the Baggies have on board.

This Friday, West Brom travel to Middlesbrough, where they face Tony Pulis’ unbeaten side, who will give them a stern test of their promotion credentials.

Moore’s side will know they won’t be able to dominate the opposition like they did against QPR, but will still be confident of picking up a result on Teesside.

Here at FLW, we take a look at the starting XI we believe Moore should field…

Johnstone is going to be West Brom’s first choice throughout the season, He’s amongst the best goalkeepers in the Championship and his consistency will be key.

Right-back remains a concern for the Baggies, but Adarabioyo is an option Moore will look to keep some faith with this weekend.

The Baggies haven’t looked their best at the back, but Hegazi’s best will only come from playing regularly.

You can see Bartley beginning to grow in this West Brom side.

In time, he will become key to their defensive performances improving.

Gibbs is a threat in the final third, as well as doing a sound defensive job.

Moore won’t think about changing his defensive unit.

Phillips is so dangerous at this level.

At his best, the winger will tear teams apart, and against this Middlesbrough defensive unit, he will look to get some joy.

Livermore has been steady in midfield, with the England international allowing West Brom’s more attacking players freedom.

Like Livermore, Brunt will go about his business quietly.

The duo’s role can’t be underestimated, though.

Barnes has enjoyed an outstanding start to life at the Hawthorns, with the winger looking stronger and more dangerous as the weeks tick by.

Gayle is off the mark for the Baggies, which is important.

Despite Hal Robson-Kanu’s goal against QPR, it’d be foolish to pull Gayle.

What a coup it has been keeping hold of Rodriguez, who looks so dangerous.

The striker is scoring goals, albeit from the penalty spot, and looking a real threat.

He will want to add to his tally this weekend.
