Middlesbrough picked up their first win of the season in emphatic style in midweek.
Boro hosted Sheffield United at The Riverside Stadium and struck three goals in the first 25 minutes of the game to all but confirm the three points early in the game.
Martin Braithwaite kicked things off and his goal was followed up by an Aden Flint header on his home debut and a strike for veteran winger Stewart Downing.
In the first game of the season, Middlesbrough left it late but managed to pick up a point against Millwall at The New Den.
Tony Pulis’ men were trailing 2-0 going into the final stages of the game before Braithwaite’s 87th minute tap-in got them back in it and left-back George Friend levelled seven minutes into injury time.
Boro are undefeated and if Pulis selects this starting XI, they will surely pick up three points against their old manager Garry Monk and his Birmingham side.
