If there's one team in the Football League looking most likely to achieve back-to-back promotions this season, it has to be Sheffield United.

The Blades have come out of the traps firing on all cylinders - carrying on their League 1 form - and they look like the kind of side that fears nobody.

For sure, Chris Wilder has to be given a great deal of credit for his role in the progress the side has made and if they can keep their feet on the ground and keep taking points, who knows where they could end up.

Certainly, though, the January transfer window is going to be crucial in their chase for promotion as they do need to add numbers and we've been thinking about who might be good signings.

With that in mind, then, here are two players we reckon the Blades should get after...

Oleksandr Zinchenko

Transfer website transfermarkt has the young Manchester City and Ukraine winger rated at £4.05m and there is surely no doubt that that figure is going to go up in the coming years.

He really looks a class talent and the Blades should try and offer him first team football in this country - even if it's probably going to be a loan.

The men from Bramall Lane need that extra quality to affirm their promotion challenge and Zinchenko could help with that.

Axel Tuanzebe

The young Manchester United defender could make it at the top level but he is now at a stage where he needs the minutes to develop.

We've seen the Blades take Cameron Carter-Vickers on loan from Tottenham this season and he's done fairly well so the hope should be that the same happens with Tuanzebe.

Rated at £900k by transfermarkt, the defender should have the kind of hunger needed to keep the Blades at the sharp end of the table.
