34-year-old in, 2 changes: The Lincoln City XI Cowley should play v Everton tomorrow

Lincoln City are back on the FA Cup shock train tomorrow as they look to replicate their heroics of 2017 at Goodison Park.

Two years ago they became the first non-league team in 115 years to make the FA Cup quarter final, knocking out Premier League Burnley in their own ground on the way. They also defeated Brighton and Hove Albion who were later promoted to the Premier League, as well as beating Ipswich after earning a replay at Portman Road.

The run came to an end against a strong Arsenal side in the Emirates, but since then they’ve kicked on and developed as a club.

They’re no longer non-league, they’re top of League Two and hunting a place in League One. There’s a real possibility they could be facing Ipswich next season as equals, rather than giant killers.

Can they beat Everton? Of course, anyone can beat anyone on their day, but we think there’s a formula they can use to give themselves the best possible chance.

Here’s the line up we feel Danny Cowley can use to topple Marco Silva’s side.
