Leeds United have reportedly registered their interest in signing Hoffenheim's Steven Zuber as they look to fill the void left by Samuel Saiz.

According to German media outlet, Bild, the Whites have made enquiries to bring the winger to Elland Road to help aid their promotion bid this season.

Zuber has only made six appearances in the Bundesliga, and with the 27-year-old only have 18 months left on his current deal with the German side, he is sure to be open to offers.

Marcelo Bielsa's side certainly need to add to their attacking firepower in the January transfer window, as they look to strengthen their grip on top spot in the Championship.

He is likely to cost a hefty fee though, and some supporters could argue that there are better and cheaper options out there for Bielsa.

But who should Leeds be eyeing a deal for instead of Zuber?

Find out here....

Piazon is yet to make an appearance for Chelsea this season and is well down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.

He has the creativity to unlock defences, and Marcelo Bielsa could certainly get the best out of Piazon if he was to join.

With his future at Chelsea seemingly over, Leeds could be tempted to submit a formal bid for the winger, in order to bring him to Elland Road on a permanent basis.

Smith Rowe has been hugely impressive for Arsenal in their Europa League campaign this season.

Bu he is yet to make an appearance for the Gunners in the Premier League, which will be disappointing for the youngster.

He has already shown glimpses of his quality this season, and a loan move to Leeds could certainly benefit his development.

Woodburn recently returned to Liverpool after they recalled him from his loan spell at Sheffield United.

The Welsh winger found game time hard to come by with Chris Wilder's side, and he will be keen to prove himself out on loan for the remainder of the season.

Woodburn has the quality to be playing regular Championship football and Leeds should be taking advantage of the lack of game time he'll be getting with Liverpool.
