West Bromwich Albion are looking favourites to achieve promotion to the Premier League this season.
Slaven Bilic’s side have been excellent for the most part this season and have returned to form of late following a slight stumble over the winter period which saw them go seven games without a win.
Bilic has relied heavily on the form of a number of his first team players, including loanee signings Matheus Pereira and Grady Diangana.
New January signings Callum Robinson and Kamil Grosicki have also come in and already made a good impression.
To match, West Brom academy graduates Nathan Ferguson and Dara O’Shea have been excellent at full-back, although the former is currently out injured.
With Ferguson and O’Shea doing so well under Bilic this term, we have taken a look at THREE wonderkids at the club who we feel could make a breakthrough into the first team over the next 18 months or so.
Diaby has been excellent since his arrrival at the Hawthorns and his second appearance for the club came against Scunthorpe last Thursday, seeing him net a hat-trick in the 3-0 win for the U23’s.
The French forward, 19, joined West Brom from Ligue 1 side Le Havre, where he made impressions for their B side.
A big presence in the centre forward role, Diaby could come into Bilic’s side and offer him a new and exciting option, if only from the bench to begin with.
Signed on a deal until the end of the season, the Baggies have an option to extend the deal for another year – and it is already likely that they will activate that option.
Tulloch is another impressive attacking talent for West Brom’s U23 side, and his impressions at that level have seen him gain valuable playing time with the first team.
Afforded a run out in the FA Cup this season, Tulloch will be hoping he can maintain his impressive performances and further convince Bilic to give install him into his plans.

With Premier League football on the agenda for next season, Tulloch will need to make an impression sooner rather than later – for a chance to play in England’s top flight.
Richards has been impressing at U18 level this term and is seen as one of the Baggies’ most exciting talents.
Comfortable to play anywhere across the attacking front line, Richards’ best position seems to be in attacking midfield.
The youngster has received interest from a number of Premier League clubs, including Liverpool of late – and it is reported that West Brom officials are eagerly trying to tie him down to a new and improved deal.
