West Brom are justifying their pre-season promotion credentials, and Darren Moore has his side in a strong position heading into the second-half of this year's campaign.

The Baggies are currently sat 4th in the Championship table, and more importantly, they are just three points behind Sheffield United who occupy one of the automatic promotion places.

There is certainly enough quality in this West Brom side to challenge for an immediate return to the Premier League, but they were dealt a major blow recently.

Leicester City opted to recall winger, Harvey Barnes from his loan spell with Moore's side, and it leaves a sizeable gap in the West Brom side that he'll have to address as quickly as possible.

There are also a number of West Brom players that aren't getting enough game time this season, and are likely to be eyeing a move away from The Hawthorns.

But which players are likely to be heading out of West Brom this month?

Find out below....

Conor Townsend

The defender only arrived from Scunthorpe in the summer but has seen his game time in the Championship limited due to Darren Moore's reluctance to change a winning side.

Townsend has made just three starts this season, which will be frustrating, so a loan move could be the best outcome for both parties in this month's transfer window.

Wes Hoolahan

It came as a surprise to see West Brom offering Hoolahan a contract in the first place, and they're surely regretting it now.

The creative midfielder has made just five appearances for the Baggies first-team, and is yet to make a start for Darren Moore's side in the Championship this season.

At the age of 36, Hoolahan could be tempted to move away from the Hawthorns this month to find regular game time, and a League One side could be tempted to take a punt on him.

Jonathan Leko

The West Brom youngster has been limited to just a single minute of league action as he came on as a late substitute against Norwich at the weekend.

It's unlikely that we'll see him break into the first-team ahead of the likes of Matt Phillips or Dwight Gayle, but if gets regular game time elsewhere, then we could see him in the West Brom team in the future.

But Leko could certainly benefit from a loan move away from the Baggies for the remainder of this year's campaign to further his development.
