With Graham Potter's Swansea side enduring mixed fortunes to their league campaign so far this season, many Swansea fans will be hoping to improve their form as the busy festive period approaches.

With the Swans sat 15th in the Championship table, and with no wins in three league matches, Potter will be hoping that he can inspire his side to an improvement in recent results as a recent slump has seen them drop down the table.

Potter's side face Blackburn Rovers on Tuesday in what will prove to be a tough game if they are to turn their recent poor form around.

The Swansea boss has struggled for depth in his side this year and he will be tempted to dip into the transfer window when it opens in January with new faces needed at the club.

But what transfer agreements do Swansea need to address in the January transfer window?

Find out here....

Leadbitter was a crucial part of the Middlesbrough team last season and featured 32 times in total for Boro but he has seen his game time this season dramatically reduced.

The 32-year-old has made just one start all season for Tony Pulis' side and he would provide a youthful looking Swansea team with some much-needed experience.

Routledge is one of Swansea's more experienced members of the squad this year, but at the age of 33, he has found his game time limited this season.

The winger has made just two starts in all competitions and he could be tempted to move elsewhere in order to find more regular game.

Routledge is likely to be one of the highest earners at the club, so they might be keen to see him move on in January.

Dyer has been at the club since 2009 but has only made one start for the Swans this season which was back in September.

He is well past his best form and they could do with getting his wages off the books in order to rebuild in the Championship.
