They have shown fight and belief

Millwall have shown that they have the fight and the belief to battle until the end in games. This last-minute winner came after they had withstood the full pressure of a Charlton storm.

This will have pleased Rowett massively and gives him some real positives to work on over the international break. It'll be interesting to see what he decides to change away from home, because evidently it hasn't quite been working the way that it has at home.

If they can keep this fight, but add some quality to their play then there's no reason why the Lions can't push for a place in the top half.

Fast starts becoming natural

The Lions once again started a fixture at the Den very fast. Shaun Hutchinson's goal after just six minutes sent the supporters wild, and it was nothing more than they deserved after the start that they had made.

They have to keep doing this, as many sides don't expect it or aren't up with the pace of the game in the opening 10-15 minutes of a match. These starts have helped the side go on and have an advantage at later points in the game when they're struggling meaning they've made a huge difference in the final result come the end of the match.

Bartosz Bialkowski impressing in net

The goalkeeper has been simply brilliant in recent weeks, and was fantastic during the fixture against Charlton on Saturday. He made several unbelievable saves including a quite spectacular one from Macauley Bonne's well-struck volley.

If he can carry on making these saves then it can give the defence much more confidence throughout the season. He's proven his Championship ability on many occasions, and Rowett will be very happy to have him.
