Cardiff City extended their Championship unbeaten run to seven matches as they twice came from behind to seal a 2-2 draw with Wigan Athletic on Saturday afternoon.
The Bluebirds were entering the match in a rich vein of form following back-to-back away victories over Luton and Huddersfield, but they fell behind against the Latics as Wales international striker Kieffer Moore opened the scoring.
Cardiff then levelled the scores courtesy of Josh Murphy's effort three minutes later, but the South Wales side again fell behind on the stroke of half-time when Moore scored his second goal of the game from the penalty spot.
Neil Harris' side fought back after the interval as they pulled level courtesy of an own goal from Wigan midfielder Kai Naismith, and the scoreline remained this way at full-time with Cardiff now sitting three points off the play-offs.
Here, we take a look at three things we learned about Cardiff during the clash...
This served as a clear reality check for the Bluebirds
Cardiff would have headed into this clash brimming with confidence following their 3-0 win over Huddersfield in midweek, but Moore's early back-heel effort served as a timely reminder that there are never any easy games in the Championship.
There would have been plenty of Bluebirds supporters expecting their side to continue their winning run against the Latics, but the difficulty of the match reflects that it will still take an enormous effort for the South Wales side to seal a play-off spot.
There were plenty of positives for Cardiff to take from the match, while there is not too much wrong with a seven-game unbeaten run, but this fixture would have brought the Bluebirds back down to earth following back-to-back wins on the road.
Cardiff still showed strong character to battle back
Cardiff would have certainly been aiming for all three points against Paul Cook's struggling Wigan side, but they can still take plenty of pride from the fact they fought back twice to extend their unbeaten run in the Championship.
Harris' side responded quickly to both Wigan goals as Murphy netted within three minutes of Moore opening the scoring for Wigan, while it took Cardiff just 10 minutes after the interval before they made it 2-2 following Moore's spot-kick.
The Bluebirds' bounce-back ability could prove to be a key trait as they set their sights on a play-off spot this term, while Saturday's clash proved that there is a strong mentality within the Cardiff squad at present.

Josh Murphy is going from strength to strength
Murphy has broken into the Cardiff starting line-up in recent weeks following his impressive FA Cup performances, and the winger's eighth-minute effort against Wigan means he has now scored five goals in his last six appearances for the Bluebirds.
This is one goal more than what the former Norwich man had managed in his 48 previous appearances for the Welsh side, with Murphy clearly now thriving after seeing Harris place his trust in his clear attacking abilities.
There are definitely still plenty of areas where Murphy can improve in order to become an even more effective presence, but the fact he was once again able to find the net over the weekend suggests he is in a strong vein of confidence at the moment.
