Saturday saw Millwall make it three homes wins in a row and back-to-back victories in the league for the first time this campaign.
The win moved Neil Harris’ men up to 18th in the division having seen off a poor Ipswich side 3-0 at The Den.
A brace from Lee Gregory was followed up with Ryan Leonard’s first goal for the club to round off a solid display from the London Club.
Having had a poor start to the season, Millwall have now managed to remain unbeaten in two matches and have lost just once in their last five games.
Jake Cooper registered two more assists to make it five for the season – the most in the league at present, as well as the Lions notching just their second clean sheet of the year.
It was a thoroughly deserved victory for Millwall who will be hoping this small upturn of form is a shift in their luck this season.
With that said, here are three things we clearly learnt about Millwall after their 3-0 win over Ipswich.
