Nottingham Forest host Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday as both sides look to turn around their recent bad form and get back to recent heights.

Both sides have been on on the end of poor runs in recent weeks, however Forest ended a four game losing streak with 1-0 win over Preston on Tuesday night.

Nelson Oliveira scored his ninth goal of the season in midweek, and he could be the key to Dougie Freedman's side recording back-to-back wins for the first time since mid-January.

Wednesday are without a win in five and currently find themselves in the play-off places by just a point, however they have a superior goal difference to the teams chasing seventh place.

Here are THREE things to look out for in the match:

1) Both teams struggling in front of goal

In the last ten games, four of which they have won, the home side have scored eight goals and three of those came in a 3-0 victory over struggling Bolton Wanderers.

The Owls are equally struggling in the final third, they have scored just once in the last five and without a goal in their last three league outings.

With both sides struggling to find the back of the net recently, this isn't likely to be a high-scoring encounter and it could be decided by the odd goal.

2) Nelson Oliveira

The Portuguese striker has nine goals already this season and he will be looking to reach double figures against the Owls and score in consecutive games.

With Federico Macheda's loan move being completed this week, there will be more competition for the on loan Benfica man and he will be determined to keep his place in the Reds' starting XI.

The 24-year-old will be determined to impress again and he has a pretty good record at the City Ground.

3) Wednesday need to get firing

The Owls will need to start firing on all cylinders again if they are to keep their play-off place and achieve promotion to the Premier League.

Head Coach Carlos Carvalhal will be boosted by the timely return of Fernando Forestieri, returning after a two-match ban, and he will be hoping that the former Italy under-21 international can help his side find the back of the net today.

With the fire power in Wednesday's attack, they should be doing much better in front of goal and they will want to end their goalless run on Saturday.
