Derby County make the relatively short trip along the M1 to take on a rejuvenated Huddersfield Town, in what promises to be a frantically played out match at the John Smiths Stadium.

Huddersfield Town face Derby County at home

The Rams were held to a goalless draw against Blackburn Rovers in midweek and will no doubt be looking to get back to winning ways as Paul Clement's charges attempt to chase down the top two.

Huddersfield secured a comfortable 2-0 win over MK Dons in the week to win for the first time in three games and they will be keen to get on a winning run to stay clear of the bottom three.

The Rams have been buoyed this week with the news that Jake Buxton and Craig Bryson are back in full training although neither will travel north, for this weekends game.

Huddersfield boss Chris Powell faces a selection headache on the wing and must decide whether Mustapha Carayol takes Jamie Paterson's place out wide after the Forest loanee's impressive performance in the week.

An intriguing game no doubt lies in waiting and here Football League World takes a look at three things we can expect from tomorrow's game.

1) Tom Ince to run riot again?

This fixture last season contributed to Derby missing out on a play-off place and was very much seen as two points dropped for the Rams.

The 4-4 draw on that very afternoon saw Tom Ince smash a superb hat-trick for the East Midlands-based club and when he gets in his stride there really aren't many better in the Championship.

The Terriers will no doubt remember the torrid time Ince gave them last season and will have to be on their guard tomorrow.

2) A tight affair

Despite last seasons fixture being a goal fest I think tomorrow will be a completely different game altogether.

The game last season was played at the end of the campaign and with this one coming towards the start, I think both teams will look to build from the back in search of a clean sheet.

The Rams are yet to lose away from the iPro Stadium and the main reason for that is their solidity at the back. The back four pretty much picks itself and Huddersfield will have all on breaching it tomorrow afternoon.

3) An away win?

Whilst I think this game will be very much a tight affair that looks to be set up nicely following Huddersfield's win in the week, the game really is Derby's to lose.

For all of the Terriers' guile and battling qualities, on paper the Rams simply have a better squad.

The likes of Ince, Chris Martin, Darren Bent, Johnny Russell and George Thorne ensure that the club from the East Midlands have one of, if not the best squad in the league.

Terriers boss Chris Powell will send his team into battle with his former club to attack from the off but it is hard to see Derby not coming out on top.
