Brentford have just two wins in their last six league games - they occupy 12th place in the Championship table, and they face a tough game against Burnley, who came from a magnificent 5-0 victory over MK Dons.

Burnley are fourth in the table, and have three wins in their last six and have scored nine goals in their last three games.

The Clarets have not managed to win back to back away games since May 2015, when they were in the Premier League, a fact they need to change in the second half of this season.

Brentford have not had a positive result in 2016 and have lost ground on the play-off pack, they seriously need to return to winning ways to stay in touch.

Here are THREE things to look out for in the Championship match between Brentford and Burnley.......

1) Joey Barton

Barton scored and created a goal in the game against MK Dons, and it was one of his best displays in a Burnley shirt.

The 33-year-old midfielder is still trying to win over Burnley fans since signing in the summer.

The former Newcastle United midfielder has made 17 appearances for the Lancashire club, but if he puts in displays like he did against MK Dons, it will go along way.

Barton showed true leadership qualities in the last match, more of the same is required.

Look out for Barton tonight, as he could be the key to the Clarets winning the match.

2) James Tarkowski

Tarkowski has been linked with a move to Turf Moor and it will be interesting to see if he is fully focused on getting the win for his current employers, and possibly convincing his future employers to make a bid.

The 6ft 1 defender has been a success at Griffin park this season, and is one of several players being linked with moves away fro the club.

The 23-year-old has played 23 games for Brentford this season, and another towering display will be needed from him to get a result in from this match.

3) Alan Judge

Republic of Ireland midfielder Alan Judge has had some serious interest from other clubs in the Championship, after scoring ten goals in the first half of the season for The Bees.

One of Brentford's best players so far this season has been no wonder that clubs have taken note of the talented player, who has always lacked goals to complete his game, which he now possesses.

His skill on the ball plus his astute crossing ability make him an extremely dangerous player, and if Burnley want back to back wins they must find a way to keep Alan Judge out of the game.
