Steve McClaren's QPR side have certainly surprised many teams this season and are on a resurgent charge towards the play-off positions after a disappointing start to the season.
Their start to the season was so poor, that McClaren was facing the sack, but that decision to stick with the former England boss has proved to be the turning point this season.
The Hoops are unbeaten in their last five league matches and have impressed with wins against Aston Villa and Sheffield Wednesday in recent weeks.
McClaren will be hoping his side can continue their excellent run of form in the next coming month, in what will prove to be their toughest test yet this season.
QPR travel to Ewood Park this weekend to face Blackburn Rovers, who themselves are mounting a serious play-off push under the guidance of Tony Mowbray in this years campaign.
But what 3 things will be concerning McClaren going forward this month?
Find out here....
The financial troubles at Loftus Road are still hanging over the club's head.
Due to the good form shown by the majority of McClaren's squad, it is likely that we could see bids come in for his star players.
Luke Freeman will be a man in demand and could potentially depart the club, if a suitable offer comes in for the midfielder.
With QPR on such a good run of form, McClaren will have to make sure that over-complacency doesn't start to creep into their game.
If they are complacent going into their games this month, then there is the potential that Rangers could be swept aside in clinical fashion against some of the stronger teams in the Championship this season that they will come up against this month.
If QPR are to be considered serious play-off contenders, then they will need to be picking up points against their fellow promotion chasing rivals.
They face Blackburn, Brentford and Stoke in an extremely tough month ahead for McClaren's side.
But if they can pick up wins in at least two of those games, then they can certainly be taken seriously this season.
