Fulham have been looking for a reliable striker to add potency to their stylish passing football for around eighteen months now.

In that time, Chris Martin, Rui Fonte and Aboubakar Kamara have been drafted in to try and solve the conundrum but have struggled to have the desired impact.

Slavisa Jokanovic turned to compatriot Aleksandar Mitrovic on January's transfer deadline day to add firepower to his Cottagers side and the early signs have been good.

The Newcastle loanee, playing for a place at the summer's World Cup, netted against table-toppers Wolves on Saturday and put in a brilliant all-round performance.

That means that the Serb is the latest man put under the FLW Spotlight as we look at the impact he has had at Craven Cottage...

That goal against Wolves came after Mitrovic's maiden Fulham strike against Bristol City in midweek and in truth, that is the main reason he has been brought in - to finish the bevy of chances they create.

He also offers a physical presence and we can see from the pass success percentage that his hold up play is reliable - which is what Jokanovic needs from his lone striker.

Two goals from five appearances isn't sparkling but it looks as if he's found his feet and if that continues, the top two isn't off the cards for Fulham.
