Sheffield United’s chances of reaching the play-offs looks highly unlikely after they fell to a 2-1 defeat to Birmingham City on Saturday.
The manner of the performance left boss Chris Wilder livid, with the Blades now having it all to do to stand any chance of making the top six.
Whilst they are only three points behind sixth, the reality is they will be relying on a lot of other results to go their way considering there are four sides above them hoping to catch Millwall.
Of course, even challenging for the play-offs represents a good season for Wilder’s men after they won promotion however the manager was hoping to do more after their start to the campaign.
