In the last couple days, controversial Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino has been found out breaking FA rules, in what was an undercover sting by newspaper the Telegraph.

The Italian was secretly filmed, allegedly proposing to circumvent third-party rules in sting published by the paper on Wednesday night, where he supposedly suggested a investment firm should purchase 20 per cent of Leeds - apparently amounting to £12million - in order to share profit on future player sales.

Cellino hasn't been the most popular man at Elland Road over the last few years, ever since he took over the club in January 2014, and in that time, he has sacked a staggering SEVEN managers.

This isn't the first time that Cellino has been surrounded by these allegations, the 60-year-old now has no fewer than four active cases being reviewed by the football authorities, in his tenure at the Yorkshire club.

Here, FLW writer George Harbey, identifies THREE reasons why Massimo Cellino should leave Elland Road once and for all...

His corruption is ruining the club

Cellino has been involved with the FA for all the wrong reasons, since taking over the club in 2014, however now, this most recent allegation is the tip of the iceberg surely.

To be chairman of such a prestigious, massive, historic football club like Leeds United should be a huge honour and privilege, but instead, Cellino is destroying possibly the best fans in English football's love for the club.

He doesn't give managers enough time

In early September, before United's clash with strugglers Blackburn Rovers, Cellino reportedly stated that if Leeds were to lose that night, then just seven games into the season, Monk would be the 8th manager to be relieved of their duties by the Italian owner, in two years.

This statistic is ludicrous enough, but for a manager of Monk's calibre and expertise of managing a successful side in the Premier League, Cellino must leave Elland Road in order for Monk to bring success to the club.

He needs to let Garry Monk dictate and sign his own players

Reported many times before, Cellino apparently has a major say in the Leeds starting line-up, and has also signed random Italian players that are not proven at Championship level, and who the manager, whoever it may have been, may not even have wanted to.

Garry Monk has the knowledge and quality to take Leeds back up to the top flight, however you'd have to feel, with Cellino running the club, anything except that would happen.

So...What do you think Leeds fans? Do you agree with these three reasons? Should Massimo Cellino stay at or leave Leeds United? Have your say in the comments below!
