Barnsley boss Daniel Stendel will be pleased with his side’s start to the season, as they target an immediate return to the Championship, following relegation in last years campaign.
The Tykes are currently sat 6th in the League One table and will be hoping to kick-on over the festive period, which will give a clear indication as to where they will finish this season.
One player who has been pivotal in their promotion push is Brad Potts, who already has six goals and three assists to his name in the league and he is likely to be a man in demand in January when the transfer window reopens.
But one man who could replace him as Reading winger, Callum Harriott who certainly has a point to prove, providing he can put his injury troubles behind him.
Harriott is yet to feature in the last two seasons for the Royals due to injury, and he will be keen to rediscover the type of form that saw him earn a move to Reading from Charlton earlier in his career.
Harriott would be the perfect replacement to Potts if he was to depart from Oakwell in January.
