Queens Park Rangers have had a lot of players over the years, especially in the last decade or so.
The Hoops were promoted to the Premier League twice and in that period, they signed a lot of talent, both domestically based players and also foreign talent that were relatively unknown quantities.
Famously, the R’s signed Julio Cesar, who declared that his goal was to win the Premier League within five years.
Sadly for the ex-Brazil number one, Loftus Road wasn’t the place to do that, but you have to admire his ambition.
QPR were relegated and since then have turned into a pretty standard Championship side that doesn’t really threaten for promotion, however they aren’t doing too bad this season after a rocky start.
