Harry Redknapp managed Queens Park Rangers between November 2012 and February 2015.

One of our nation's most-liked managers held the hot seat at Loftus Road for nearly three years, overseeing a 20th-place finish in the Premier League but sending them straight back up with one of the club's most memorable days in their history.

Fans will forever love Redknapp for the 2014 Bobby Zamora play-off final, but he left on bad terms. QPR were again facing the drop, they eventually finished 20th in the top-flight for the second time in three seasons, and Redknapp blamed his 'dodgy knee' for his departure.

He later revealed that boardroom tensions forced him out of the job, and a year after leaving QPR was named manager of the Jordan national team, and soon after, Birmingham City.

It was an exciting time to be a QPR fan though, and there were many exciting players in the team. Here's three that'd walk into today's side:

Charlie Austin

The fact that Austin scored 18 goals for the last-placed team in the 2014/15 Premier League season goes unnoticed, and Southampton would've been laughing when they signed him for as little as £4 million in January 2016.

Today he remains a solid Championship striker. He plays occasionally as back-up at West Brom but has shown on more than one occasion this season that he can still deliver, and that he still knows where the back of the net is.

QPR would love to have an in-form Austin back in the side. Jordan Hugill is the sole-striker at the club and whilst he's done well, he's not a patch on the West Brom man.

Ravel Morrison

Redknapp's loan signing of Morrison in January 2014 was arguably the difference between them and promotion that season. It was a huge team effort that year to get promoted in the dramatic fashion that they did, but without Morrison's goals and creativity in that second-half of the season, all that might not have been possible.

It was arguably the best spell of the ex-Manchester United man's career. Today he plays for Middlesbrough, on-loan from Sheffield United, and whilst a few fans might not welcome him back for what'd be a third spell, there's no arguing that an in-form Morrison wouldn't walk into most Championship line-ups, let alone QPR's current.

Joey Barton

Another controversial figure, but another who defied critics whilst at QPR. Barton's long been damaged goods, but he joined QPR when he looked to be overcoming his personal issues, and a top-quality midfielder prevailed.

He was as rounded a midfielder as QPR fans have seen - he had the work-rate, a range of passing ability, determination, strength and an overall commanding presence.

At 37-years-old he could still have a bit about him, but the Fleetwood manager has bigger things on his mind now, promotion to the Championship being one. Barton, though, remains a top player from the Redknapp-era at QPR, and a player like him wouldn't go amiss at the club now.
