The Premier League is undoubtedly one of the most competitive leagues in world football.

But, in providing such stiff competition for places, youth talent can often be overlooked. The top Premier League sides, the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea, have be renowned for spending big money on proven, world class players.

As a result, youngsters are very rarely given their chance on the biggest stage of all. Marcus Rashford, of course, is an exception to that rule, but the growing rate of Premier League youngsters is increasing each season.

Nevertheless, what is the Premier League's loss is the Football League's gain. Loan signings are incredibly important for Football League sides who can't necessarily afford to bring in the talent they so dearly need to reach the promotion places.

Therefore, the loan window allows for clubs to bring in players who, they may not be able to afford, but their parent club is willing to give them a chance to gain experience in a lower league.

At the age of 19, Ojo is a player that has tremendous potential. As a winger, he possesses all the qualities need to excel in the position.

He has pace, strength, power and a great delivery into the box. Last season, he played 8 times in the Premier League for Liverpool - assisting three goals.

As well as this, he netted 25 times for Liverpool U21's Premier League side in a total of 35 matches.

Brighton could look at the youngster this summer as a potential signing. Given the potential he shows, Brighton would certainly benefit with the winger in their side.

Andreas Pereira

The 20-year-old has had limited game time at Manchester United since his arrival to the senior side in 2014.

He has appeared just 4 times for the first team in the Premier League last season - playing a total of just 80 minutes of football.

Although he has limited chances at Manchester United, the Brazilian would definitely prove to be an asset for Brighton. His pace and quick feet would certainly frighten defenders in the Championship and perhaps Brighton should look to bring him in.

He has tremendous pace as well as great feet with the ball and that has certainly proved tricky for defenders in the Championship to deal with before now.

His two loan spells at Brentford and Birmingham in recent years have given him great experience to go and flourish in the Championship for another season.

Unlike the aforementioned players, Toral's experience in the Championship, in addition to his ability, could prove to be a great asset for Brighton if they are able to secure his services.
