QPR are a side that are struggling in the Championship and despite the appointment of Ian Holloway, the Hoops continue to languish down at the wrong end of the table.

At the time of writing, the Hoops sit in a lowly 19th place in the Premier League, despite a promising start to the season which had seen optimism really rise amongst supporters at Loftus Road.

But after the controversy that riddled Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's time in charge at the club, the bosses decided to bring in Football League stalwart Ian Holloway to turn things around and get the team back on track.

It hasn't been easy for the former Blackpool man though and he's not quite had the reaction from some of his players he would have liked since taking the reigns at the struggling side.

And with January fast-approaching, the loan market might be the best way for the Hoops to bring in some hot, young talent, that will want to impress parent clubs going forward.

So with that in mind, here's 3 Premier League starlets QPR should be targeting for loan deals when the window opens...

Sergio Molina

Former Real Madrid youngster Sergio Molina is currently on the books at Stoke City but like many others his age, he's struggling to really break into the robust first-team at the Britannia.

A loan move away from the Potters would probably be best for his development and with QPR struggling to keep things tight all over the pitch, signing a man who has captained Madrid at every level in youth football might not be a bad shout in the slightest.

He's more of a defensively minded individual who would be best suited sitting in front of the defence.

Ola Aina

We've seen the name Ola Aina crop up on the Chelsea team-sheet a couple of times this season now and its testament to the work the Englishman has put in since rising through the Blues youth ranks in recent years.

He's a right-back by trade and a man that loves to get forward and help out in attack. For QPR, having a player full of youthful exuberance who is getting closer to the first-team at Stamford Bridge would represent a real coup going forward.

Jerome Sinclair

Former Liverpool man Jerome Sinclair has struggled for first-team minutes at Watford this season and many are tipping him to move away from Vicarage Road on a temporary deal come January.

It's unlikely the Hornets will allow him to stay in the Premier League where he could have an impact for a rival, so a move to the Championship looks increasingly likely.

Whilst we haven't seen an awful lot from him this season, we know from his time with Liverpool that he's a pacy customer who knows where the net is.
