Blackpool are a side that have to be admired in League One.

They're working under such testing off-field conditions and yet still seem to turn up on a Saturday and perform.

Gary Bowyer assembled a good side and Terry McPhillips has kept that work going, pushing them to seventh in the current table. When you consider the turbulent and unsettling disruption behind the scenes, you have to applaud their efforts.

There's some cracking players at Bloomfield Road, Jay Spearing has some real quality and at the back, Curtis Tilt was a wanted man in the summer.

The 27-year old hasn't waned this season and Ipswich Town's interest is sure to be repeated by someone once the window opens. The former Wrexham man has once again been commanding an composed at the back for the Tangerines.

If he does move on, there's going to be a swift focus on finding an adequate replacement, something FLW have tried to help out with here.

Richards-Everton might not seem to be an obvious choice, on the fringe of the Accrington squad and struggling for game time, but he has bags of potential under the right circumstances.

He's a big strong lad, 6ft 5in tall with a ferocious tackle who surely needs a run of games to find his feel.

Remember, Tilt was only playing non-league football a couple of years ago and look what has happened to him.

Pearce has been the cornerstone of Mansfield Town's excellent rise up the table in League Two and he must be attracting attention from elsewhere.

He's mobile, organised and is surely someone who deserves another chance at League One football.

Ng has come through the ranks at Crewe and this season looks to be excelling.

He's based in the north west so the move wouldn't be a huge transition, but he's young enough to develop into a quality player.

Blackpool would be wise to keep an eye on him whether Tilt goes or not.
