Kenwyne Jones has completed a loan move to United Arab Emirates outfit, Al Jazira.

Cardiff will receive a loan fee from Al Jazira for the duration of the loan, and the Abu Dhabi based club will pay all of his wages.

The Trinidad and Tobago international has been subject of transfer talk over past few months after the club wanted to shift the player out of the club, due to his high wage bill.

Jones, who represented Southampton, Stoke and Sunderland joined Cardiff back in 2014 before going on loan to Bournemouth for their final push to the Premier League.

Cardiff are currently falling short of their expectations this season as Russell Slade set a target of cementing themselves into top six by Christmas. However they are slowly slipping away as they currently occupy 9th place in the Championship - 4 points adrift of Ipswich Town in 6th place.

Several Cardiff names have been linked with a move away from the Cardiff City Stadium as the club looks unlikely to seal promotion this year.

The squad is packed with several quality players, capable of playing at a higher level and some of those players may jump at the chance of a opportunity to play in Premier League or overseas.

Craig Noone

The lively winger has been one of Cardiff's most influential players this season and has been subject of transfer talk.

Premier League duo Norwich City and Bournemouth are thought to be weighing up a move for Noone.

Both sides were promoted from the Championship last season and are performing better than expected.

Noone has Premier League experience and turned full-backs inside out during his single season in the top-flight. The Cardiff man may be tempted with a move back to the Premier League, if Cardiff continue their stuttering form.

David Marshall

Despite Cardiff slapping on a £10 million valuation of the Scottish international, Premier League clubs see money as no object, with sides paying astronomical fees for players these days.

Marshall has been linked with moves to West Brom and Everton over the past few months, and the 30-year-old has shown that he is way too capable for the Championship.

Marshall has remained loyal to the Bluebirds, but it remains to be seen how much longer he can wait for a return to the top flight.

Bruno Ecuele Manga

The solid centre back has been a key part of the club, since his arrival from French side Lorient in 2014.

He was named Cardiff's Player of the Year last season, but has been sidelined regularly in the current campaign through injury.

The Gabon international has received strong interest from sides in Ligue 1 including French giants Marseille.

The opportunity to play European football could be too good to turn down for the centre back ,and Russell Slade does have plenty of excellent centre backs to choose from in the squad.

Cardiff paid a substantial fee for Manga and an offer from a interested party that matches his valuation would tempt Slade to cash in, to bolster the rest of his squad.
