With the current Sky Bet Championship campaign entering its final months, various clubs will be looking to add talent to their squads enabling them to get over the line, whether that be the play-off line or the line for Championship survival.

The emergency loan window opened on the 9th February and is set to close on March 24th - therefore clubs will have to move fast if they want to make some temporary changes.

Premier League outfit West Brom are blessed with talent, but there are players that are not being utilised by the Midlands outfit.

With the side that West Brom have at its disposal and the form significantly improving, they could be open to letting some fringe players depart on loan to a Championship side.

Loan moves will enable these fringe players to test themselves in the second tier of English football, which is notoriously difficult to get out of, with up to 10 teams fighting for a top six finish, it takes depth with the games coming thick and fast, and therefore new additions are always welcome.

Victor Anichebe

The 27-year-old forward reportedly turned down promotion chasing Derby earlier in the season, to fight for his place under Tony Pulis, after flatly refusing the Championship side's advances.

Anichebe has scored a mediocre nine goals in 57 appearances since joining the Baggies in September 2013 from Everton.

Despite this, the Nigerian only managed three goals in 21 Premier League appearances last season and has failed to impress during the current campaign either, after failing to score in any of his seven top-flight appearances so far.

His goal scoring record doesn’t improve on the national stage either, with the Nigerian international has featured 11 times for his country scoring just once.

This unacceptable goal scoring record demonstrates the forward’s inability to play in the top-flight and a move to the Sky Bet Championship could be the perfect level for him, to show what he has in the locker.

Rickie Lambert

Rickie Lambert

34-year-old Rickie Lambert was on top of the world when he completed his dream 2014 move to boyhood club Liverpool -although after only managing to find the net twice in 24 appearances in the Premier League, it was clear that the forward was out of his depth.

This led to the England International making his summer switch to West Brom just one year later, to help propel him into the England set up and place him in contention for a call up to the Euro 2016 squad.

However, since making his switch to the Baggies, Lambert has made 23 appearances in all competitions and has wielded only one goal, leaving him out in the cold.

Lambert has won three league Golden Boots throughout his career so there is no doubting his goal scoring abilities, although a move away from Albion could be the only option.

There is no doubt that Lambert would have regretted the decision to leave Southampton where he enjoyed some of his best form.

The return to form for both Salomon Rondon and Saido Berahino hasn’t helped the 34-year-old’s chances either, and a move back to the Championship where he originally made a name for himself could help him revitalize his career.

Christian Gamboa

The Costa Rica international, joined Premier League West Brom back in August 2014 from Rosenberg BK, after he shone for Costa Rica at the 2014 World Cup, and was a part of the squad which lost to Holland on Penalties.

The full back made a total of 15 appearances during his debut campaign, although has made just one Premier League appearance, and featured twice in the FA Cup, keeping 1 clean sheet this season.

Gamboa is a pacy right back with both attacking and defensive capabilities making him a good acquisition for any Championship side, looking to improve both attacking and defensive parts of their game.
