Queens Park Rangers have endured a tough start to the 2016/17 Championship campaign.
A season that promised so much after defeating Leeds United 3-0 on opening day, has delivered very little thus far, as Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s men lie 16th in the Championship table, winning three times, drawing three times, and losing four times after 10 games played.
For a team that recruited so well in the summer, with the additions of Idrissa Sylla, Jordan Cousins, and Yeni Ngbakoto to name a few, the Loftus Road faithful will no doubt be very disappointed with their start to the season.
On Saturday, they face a Fulham side who are reasonably short on confidence, after failing to find a win in the league since late August, which came in the form of a 1-0 win over Blackburn Rovers.
It will be yet another tough test for the R’s though, as Fulham definitely possess the quality to be a real threat come the end of the Championship campaign.
QPR also have real quality in their side, and should be challenging at the top end of the table rather than the bottom this term.
