Since getting relegated from the Premier League last season, Newcastle United have wasted no time in building a squad for next season.

They’ve brought in Matz Sels, Grant Hanley, Jesus Gamez, Isaac Hayden, Matt Ritchie and Dwight Gayle in what has been some sensational business from Rafa Benitez, but there are still a few more gaps that he may want to fill.

They are one of the favourites for the league title, as most teams who are relegated from the top flight the previous season are, with Norwich and Aston Villa also on there, plus Brighton, Derby and Sheffield Wednesday the best of the rest from last season.

They back that up with the visits of Huddersfield and Reading to St James’s Park, now the biggest stadium in the Championship.
