QPR have had a turbulent season thus far but it looks like things are finally starting to settle down at Loftus Road.
After the departure of Chris Ramsey last year new manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has overseen a mini recovery, which has led them to 13th and possibly in a position to make a run at the play-offs.
But the departure of Charlie Austin there star man in the final week of the transfer window has left them with few goalscorers in there side, which was made worst by Jay Emmanuel Thomas leaving on loan.
QPR will be grateful they were able to hang on to Matty Phillips who was a transfer target for Middlesbrough and West Brom in the winter transfer window, and is currently their top goalscorer.
QPR seem to of avoided repercussions so far after breaking FFP rules last season and a points deduction seems unlikely, so with some stability in the backroom they can focus on the league.
Austin and Phillips may of been the star players but there we look at the players that have gone unsung at QPR this season and deserve more praise.
