Leeds have set their sights high for next season under new manager Garry Monk, with chairman Massimo Cellino promising to back him in the transfer market.

He's so confident of success he's offered season ticket holders a 50% refund if they fail to reach the play-offs.

Leeds have an excellent crop of young talent at the club which attracted Premier League interest last season and is doing so this summer.

Lewis Cook, Charlie Taylor and Alex Mowatt are all precious treasures Leeds must hang on to, if they harbour realistic top six aims.

Last season Uwe Rosler was well backed in the transfer market bringing in Leicester striker Chris Wood, Brentford duo Stuart Dallas and Toumani Diagouraga, along with winger Jordan Botaka from Excelsior.

Rosler was sacked after a terrible start and Steve Evans managed to secure Leeds comfortably in mid-table with the English youngsters running the show.

Leeds must add more defensive options if they are going to challenge as their defence looked very disorganised last season.

Here are THREE Leeds Players you need to watch out for next season.......

Chris Wood

Wood scored 13 goals for Leeds this season making him their top scorer, despite frequently suffering from injury.

He is only 24 and is prolific at international level as well, and if Leeds build the team around him they could realise their full potential.

If Leeds buy some better playmakers and wingers to give him good service or buy him a strike partner too feed off of he could easily score 20 plus.

Bailey Peacock-Farrell

The 19-year-old goalkeeper was mainly brought through at Middlesbrough before joining Leeds in 2015.

He has mainly played back up to Marco Silvestri last season and may be behind Ross Turnbull in the pecking order if he wasn't injured.

But Silvestri seems set to move back to Serie A with a host of interested sides, meaning Bailey is going to get a lot more first team opportunities.

Steve Evans said after Farrell's performance against QPR that he was pushing Silvestri for the Number 1 jersey.

With a number of Premier League sides sniffing around him he recently signed a new two-year deal.

Alex Mowatt

Probably the most naturally gifted player Leeds have is Alex Mowatt, known for his excellent ability from set pieces and his impressive striking ability.

In the 2014/15 season he scored 9 goals in 38 games and won Player of the Season, at the start of this season Rowett didn't start him often and only with his departure and Evans being hired did he start getting game time.

He still only finished with one goal but if Monk gives him regular football next season then he will excel and become a top player.
