It's inconceivable to think that any headaches Marcelo Bielsa has right now are particularly unwelcome.

After four wins from four using pretty much the same players as he inherited, the new manager will be sleeping well knowing things are going as planned.

His arrival has signalled a huge step change in Leeds' fortunes, with fast, free-flowing football now the order of the day and fans hopeful that the new era is one which will eventually lead to the promised land, the Premier League.

Early indications are that it will, but a managers job doesn't end after four games. Bielsa will have decisions to make, choices which might not keep him awake, but will certainly be in his mind as he pours his cereal in a morning.

FLW looks at three headaches causing Bielsa mild concern right now.

When to bring the Swede back into the starting XI is a question that is bound to be asking itself over and over again in the quiet moments for Marcelo Bielsa.

Gaetano Berardi is currently playing very well at centre half, but how long will Jansson remain on the bench? He's a recognised central defender and will be more comfortable there than the current incumbent.

Then again, why change a winning side?

You don't spend the sort of money Leeds spent on Bamford to keep him on the bench, but then you can't drop a player like Kemar Roofe when he's in the sort of form he is in.

What do you do as manager? Stick or twist? Can both be accommodated in any way? Or will the big-money buy just have to wait for Roofe to slip up?

Decisions, decisions.

On the face of it, this might not seem like a problem. Leeds come calling and if you're not getting regular football for your parent club, you consider it, right?

The Whites need a new centre half though, yet they've got Jansson sat on the bench waiting for a chance. Which Premier League clubs will loan a player out if he's not going to play?

Why would a player leave the Spurs bench just to sit on one at Elland Road? How exactly do you sign adequate cover on loan when you're so reticent to change a winning side?
